The film is based on a doctor scam. A doctor admits a sick man to the ICU after he dies to rack up hospital bills unnecessarily and extort money from his family. The wife of one such patient, while discharging her husband, told the doctor that her husband had died on that table. The doctor later learns that the woman is a disembodied spirit.
