‘Sesh Pratiksha’ is the story of Annapurna’s wait to get the honor of a wife from her husband Shibnath. Shibnath leaves Annapurna and Aakash to marry Madhavi for wealth. Annapurna’s son Aakash and Madhavi’s son Neel become best friends. Aakash breaks down and wants to take revenge when he comes to know the truth about his father. He gets him arrested for his illegal business. Gradually Shibnath realizes his mistake and accepts Annapurna as his wife before she dies.
